The Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator (RSC) supports the recruiting team and hiring managers by creating candidate pipelines utilizing talent search platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZoomInfo, deep web search using sophisticated Boolean search techniques, and social media channels.
The RSC also provides operational and administrative support managing vendor relations and related billing functions.
Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Sources candidates via resume databases, networking sites using sophisticated Boolean search language and through social media channels and deep web sourcing techniques.
Posts positions on professional job boards.
Supports recruiting efforts by providing guidance and consultation on using social media (e.
g.
Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn, etc.
) to promote job openings.
Collaborates with others in Recruitment to identify specific position requirements to facilitate keyword/Boolean searches; identifying perceived difficulties and proposing search solutions.
Manages a prospect list of potential candidates and logging candidate information in our applicant tracking system and other internal databases.
Manages outreach campaigns through e-mail and various platforms.
Manages billing for Recruitment for external vendors; managing invoices and managing the internal billing process (e.
g.
pre-employment screening, skills testing, reference services, etc.
).
Provides account management support for contracted platforms (e.
g.
LinkedIn and Indeed).
Serves as the main point of contact through the dedicated email account for recruitment billing questions.
Completes documentation, organizes supporting information for Recruitment and maintains for ease of retrieval.
Updates individual records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirms new hires.
Works collaboratively with recruiters to discuss openings and future hiring needs.
Recommends individuals for future consideration.
Supports recruitment team on building an effective recruitment effort to meet hiring goals including communication with school and departmental business offices, applicants, advertising vendors, etc.
May also assist with job fair hosting and community outreach events.
Identifies opportunities for improving individual candidate and hiring manager experience.
Provides feedback and updates to management on market trends and opportunities.
Submits reports in a timely manner.
May perform employment reference checks and verify required license/certifications on applicants.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of proven work experience as a sourcing specialist, sourcer or similar role.
Deep knowledge of using social networks, professional sites (e.
g.
LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Indeed, etc.
,) and resume databases.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other Human Resources Management software (preferably Workday).
Ability to review job descriptions to develop keyword Boolean searches.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing and job board postings).
Knowledge of technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, applicant tracking systems, internet search and social media channels.
Comfortable and self-directed in learning new systems and technologies.
Time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
Experience in Human Resources.
Ability to maintain effectiveness across multiple systems and interfaces.
Effective understanding and knowledge of employment law.
Ability to identify and attract individuals for a diverse group of jobs.
Ability to effectively enter individual information and phone screen documentation in applicant tracking system.
Effective customer service skills.
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize.
Effectiveness in a self-directed environment.
Required Qualifications Equivalent of an associate degree with two years of experience in recruitment sourcing, recruitment, or a related area, or an equivalent combination education and experience.
Grade G08-H Salary Range $20.
76 - $32.
21 / Hourly The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
