The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Executive Office Administrator (level C) to join the Phantom Works team in Berkeley, MO in the Saint Louis area.
This position will be primarily performed at the office complex in Berkeley, MO off James S McDonnell Blvd.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated leadership; demonstrated strengths in working as part of a team; confidentiality, diplomacy and tactfulness are important to be successful in this position; professionalism and strong customer focus.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business sense and the ability to build rapport with key partners.

Position Responsibilities: Coordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler's logistics, generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards Collect and compile data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signature Create, edit and maintain electronic and written communication Work as part of a team of office administrators and other business support employees to ensure effective and efficient building management Track and maintain information relative to department and business operations Verbally communicate a wide variety of information to multiple audiences Process incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information Prioritize and schedule management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of time Track and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources Coordinate with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources Order and maintain office supplies Plan and implement logistics for executive level internal and external events Provide guidance for less experienced employees Work under limited supervision This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers, and staff members 3+ years of experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook.
Experience coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements, generating expenses reports and reconciling corporate credit card charges.
Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience managing multiple executive calendars and/or conference rooms Experience with demonstrated interpersonal skills in a teaming environment where collaboration and communication are critical to the functioning of the team Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience in partnering with executives to develop and manage the operating rhythm/cadence for executive leadership teams.
Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
Experience in a role that required strong written and oral communication skills Ability to prioritize requests effectively and efficiently and work with a sense of urgency Experience supporting event-type logistics such as transportation arrangements, catering, restaurant, hotel reservations, and car rentals Experience do you have ordering office supplies Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.
