Job Title: Night Daycare Teacher
Night Shift: (3pm-11pm) or (6pm-11p) or (3-9pm) hours or flexibile
Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Assist with diaper changes, potty training, and other caregiving tasks as needed
- Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young students, such as in a daycare, preschool, or elementary school setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to multitask and handle the demands of a dynamic classroom environment
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is a plus)
