Daycare Teacher

Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum - Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities - Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care - Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians - Manage behavior and promote positive discipline techniques - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Requirements: - Previous experience in caregiving, babysitting, or nannying preferred - Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities - Ability to effectively manage a classroom of students - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - High school diploma or equivalent Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
