Assistant Toddler Teacher

``` Duties: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities - Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment - Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies - Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members - First aid and CPR certification preferred Skills: - Special education - Classroom management - Preschool curriculum development - Childcare experience - Toddler care expertise - Caregiving skills - First aid knowledge - Understanding of childhood development stages - Experience educating young children We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
