Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and families
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child in the areas of cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote learning in various subjects, including math and physical education
- Provide individualized support and tutoring as needed to ensure each child's success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children
