Head Start Classroom Aide/Bus Monitor

*Essential Functions: *Assist the teacher to create, maintain, and manage a safe, attractive, warm, and challenging learning environment in the classroom and on the bus.
Incorporate developmentally appropriate learning activities, which meet the needs of the group, as well as those of individual children, toward achieving School Readiness.
Promote family engagement by advocating for parent inclusion as an ongoing part of their child’s educational experience and recognizing them as their child’s first teacher.
Serve as a member of the classroom team for a smooth delivery of services to children and families.
