```Duties```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting
- Experience in special education or working with students with special needs is a plus
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and early childhood development principles
- Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
