Lead Infant Teacher

```Duties:``` - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool students - Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment for children - Provide a variety of learning experiences through play, art, music, and other activities - Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child - Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment - Monitor and assess student progress and communicate with parents/guardians regularly - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience ```Requirements:``` - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children - Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment - Familiarity with special education needs and accommodations - Experience in curriculum development and implementation Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
