Early Childhood Teacher

```Duties``` - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the early childhood education setting.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning experience.
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing feedback to parents/guardians as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper sanitation procedures.
```Qualifications``` - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Understanding of special education needs and early intervention strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
