Infant Teacher

We are looking for a Full time Infant Classroom Assistant Teacher at our *Brighton Program*.
This position is 40 hours per week with benefits, Monday-Friday.
A set schedule is determined upon hire and may be adjusted based on the needs of the program.
Expected hours 8:30am-5:30pm *Salary Range: *Based on position, education, and credential level.

*Requirements:* * At least 19 years old.
* 60 Credit hours of college credit with 6 credit hours related to Early Childhood *or *30 Credit hours of college and 6 hours related to Early Childhood with one year experience in a classroom.
* Completed physical upon hire with TB Test and Appropriate Shot Record * Receive and maintain a clear background check through DCFS *Location: *Brighton Step By Step; 402 N Maple; Brighton, IL 62012 *Duties: *Some, but not all duties include: * Lead a quality classroom that ensures the safety of children and staff at all times * Assure the classroom is in compliance with regulatory agencies at all times * Communicate and maintain positive working relationships with parents and staff daily * Interact with children within the program at their level using developmentally appropriate practices * Follow and complete Cleaning Checklists * Assure children are pottied and changed regularly * Complete and follow through with lesson plans and child assessments daily * Assure classroom responsibilities are completed daily Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.
75 - $16.
