Lead Toddler Teacher

Toddler Lead Teacher (2-3 Year Olds) Duties: - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans for preschool children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning - Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff - Assess and monitor each child's progress and provide feedback to parents - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment - Maintain a clean and organized classroom Skills: - Early intervention: Ability to identify and address developmental delays or challenges in young children - Effective communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff - Knowledge of childhood development: Understanding of the stages of child development and how to support growth in various areas - Physical education: Incorporate physical activities into daily routines to promote gross motor skills development - Math skills: Ability to introduce basic math concepts through hands-on activities and games - Experience with children: Previous experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting - Experience working with students: Experience in tutoring or teaching students in an educational setting - Behavior management: Ability to implement positive behavior management strategies to create a structured learning environment Join our team of dedicated educators who are passionate about providing quality early childhood education.
