Early Childhood Facilitator Job Summary/Purpose Plan, develop, and facilitate the services and activities provided in the Preschool Program.
Provide an environment and program activities that are safe, fun, and educational for children Minimum Qualifications: Education Degree desired but not required.
Experience with children 3 to 5 years of age preferred.
Knowledge/Skills: Developmental characteristics of children 3 to 5 years of age.
Organizational and management skills are necessary.
Knowledge of appropriate and effective discipline techniques and practices for children at these ages.
Resources for initiating activities for children.
Oral and written communication skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills, observation skills, professionalism are necessary.
Ability to be flexible, nurturing and caring.
Must have the ability to problem solve and use sound judgment.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with adults and children.
3:30-5:30 PM Monday - Friday PG 14 <60 $15.
