JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE: To assist in providing safe transportation for students to and from school by riding along on bus routes as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Knowledge/Skills: Candidates must have the ability to operate an electric/hydraulic/manual wheelchair lift; ability to maneuver and secure wheelchairs onto and off of lift; ability to install and operate Star Seats; ability to assist with evacuation of a school bus; ability to pass annual physical and dexterity testing; ability to multi-task, assist students with special needs, problem solve and maintain positive interpersonal relationships.
Experience: Must be 21 years old; experience working with children preferred.
Hours: Vary Salary: $15.
