50 hourly Status: Seasonal 20 years of age or older preferable Minimum of 30 hours per week Individual on child-oriented career tract preferred Two years’ experience as Camp Counselor preferred Previous experience working on playground, professional recreation program or child-oriented field preferable Knowledge of rules of sports and games Ability to assist in conducting and supervising playground program or take over in the absence of the director Must attend Metro day Camp Orientation & in-house Orientation Vacations and school trips are not considered a valid excuse for missing work, so consider this if you want to accept this position MUST PASS POLICE RECORD CHECK NOTES: All hours and schedules may be subject to change based on City and/or department needs Requirements: Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disabled/Veteran
