At TLC Family Care, we are searching for exceptional individuals who are reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy to join our team as Babysitters, Substitute Nannies, and Daycare Workers in *St.
Louis, Missouri*.

*Compensation and Benefits:*
* *$600 up to $700 a week gross before taxes*
* Occasional bonuses and travel incentives (We pay you on Friday for the week before.
)
* Weekly Pay - Direct deposit as an employee of TLC
* Overtime - Time and a half pay for weekly hours exceeding 40
* Holiday Pay for most nationally observed holidays
* Paid Time Off - Earn 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked

*How it works:*
* TLC contacts you with Babysitter and Daycare shifts
* You take the Babysitter and Daycare shifts that work for your schedule.
(Like a Substitute Teacher)
* The job requires driving 10 to 15 miles from your location
*Schedule:*
* Have at least 3 to 5 full weekdays of availability (Monday through Friday)
* Most shifts are between 7am/8am to 5pm/6pm
*Example shifts: *
8:00 am to 6:00 pm
7:30 am to 5:30 pm
*Requirements:*
* At least 18 years old
* Savvy Communicator: You're a digital communicator extraordinaire, comfortable using SMS to keep us in the loop regarding your availability.
Your proactive approach to communication ensures a smooth and effective work dynamic.
* *MUST* have 2 child care references outside your family whom we can speak with
* Have verifiable experience working as a nanny, babysitter, day care provider, or teacher
* *Driver's license & a vehicle is required*
* Comfortable using texting as a main form of communication
* Must be able to commit a minimum of 3 months to this program
*If Hired:*
* Must be able to provide legal work status in the US
* Must have or get Child, Infant & AdultCPR and First Aid certification *BEFORE* employment
