Infant/Toddler Teacher

Duties: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development - Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience - Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment - Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques Experience: - Previous experience in infant care, nannying, childcare, or special education is preferred - Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues - Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development - Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an organized and productive learning environment Qualifications: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field is preferred - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Familiarity with state licensing requirements for preschool programs Benefits: - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience - Paid time off (vacation, sick leave) - Professional development opportunities for career growth - Supportive work environment with a collaborative team If you are passionate about working with young children and making a positive impact on their lives, we would love to hear from you.
