Lead Infant Room Teacher

*Infant Room Paraprofessional* We are seeking a positive, creative individual with a strong desire to work with infants ages 6 weeks to 18 months.
The paraprofessional is responsible for providing daily care (feeding, diapering, nap supervision, overseeing cognitive and gross motor development) and assisting the Lead Teacher with classroom/center tasks, including curriculum development, cleaning, and documentation.
Qualified applicants are organized and flexible with a calm, unflappable demeanor and a heart for child care.
_*Essential Responsibilities:*_ * Supervises and cares for up to four infants.
* Documents feedings, naps, diaper changes, and other essential information.
* Supports and maintains a safe, clean, positive environment that is developmentally appropriate for children ages 6 weeks to 18 months old.
* Attends team trainings/meetings.
* Helps to ensure classroom medication schedule is followed.
* Attends and participates in parent education evenings or events as requested.
* Ensures all classroom and play equipment and materials are in good working condition and are used properly.
* Assists with cleaning, sanitizing, and food prep.
