Babysitter/home help Needed ASAP (Ballwin)

Looking for an occasional sitter in my home for my two children, ages 10 and 13.
Must be flexible and have your own transportation.
Pay is based on experience.
May need to administer medication if sitting during that time.
Also looking for someone to help out around the house cleaning and organizing.
Please note that this position is PRN and I am only looking for a female.
Looking for someone to start immediately.
Must be reliable and dependable.
