*Experienced Lead Teacher at Kids International Early Childhood Education* We are a NAEYC Accredited, Reggio Emilia inspired school serving families in West St.
Louis County for over 25 years.
Our approach to learning provides lead teachers with the autonomy to create their own classroom explorations based on the children's interests.
This requires teachers who are creative, flexible and can identify the classroom's emerging interests.
We are committed to creating a supportive, fun working environment to help our teachers reach their personal and professional goals.
The hours for this position are 7:30 a.
m.
to 4:30 p.
m.
Monday through Friday.
NO WEEKENDS!! *Lead Teacher Qualifications:* * Have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, a CDA certification, or working towards those credentials.
We will provide scholarships for you to complete your certifications/degrees through TEACH.
* Have experience as a lead teacher in a childcare center.
* Be able to work well in a team environment.
* Be energetic, flexible, patient, loving and creative.
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Possess strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
