At TLC Family Care, we are searching for exceptional individuals who are reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy to join our team as Babysitters, Substitute Nannies, and Daycare Workers in *St.
Louis, Missouri*.
Our mission is to provide high-quality childcare services to families in the area.
*Compensation and Benefits:* * *$600 up to $700 a week gross before taxes* * Occasional bonuses and travel incentives (We pay you on Friday for the week before.

(Like a Substitute Teacher) * The job requires driving 10 to 15 miles from your location *Schedule:* * Have at least 2 to 5 full weekdays of availability (Monday through Friday) * Most shifts are between 7am/8am to 5pm/6pm *Example shifts: * 8:00 am to 6:00 pm 7:30 am to 5:30 pm *Requirements:* * At least 18 years old * Savvy Communicator: You're a digital communicator extraordinaire, comfortable using SMS to keep us in the loop regarding your availability.
Your proactive approach to communication ensures a smooth and effective work dynamic.
