Kids Korner Attendant - Mornings

This position is eligible for a free employee membership to the Renaud Center.
The City of O'Fallon is looking for an energetic and caring team member for the position of Kids Korner Attendant for the morning shift from 8 am to 12 pm during the week.
This position plays an important role in providing childcare services for patrons of the city gym.
Our Kids Korner Attendants enjoy a fun work environment, with plenty of variety in their workdays.
The expected starting hourly rate for this position is $12.

We're looking for someone who has the desire to provide a fun and safe experience for kids and possesses strong oral and written communication skills.
This person should be able to easily learn department policies and procedures and have knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment.
As a Kids Korner Attendant, your duties and responsibilities will include: Supervising and ensuring the safety of children in Kids Korner Answering questions from and providing information to parents Cleaning and stocking toys, equipment and supplies Maintaining accurate attendance records Administers first aid as needed Attending mandatory quarterly staff meetings Applicants must: Have morning availability during the week Possess knowledge of childcare principles and practices Be skilled in the management and care of children Be able to work nights, weekends, holidays or other irregular hours, as required Knowledge of first-aid and CPR The City of O'Fallon is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify Online employment applications can be accessed on the City Website: www.
