*Compensation and Benefits:*
* Competitive pay ranging from $17 to $19 per hour
* Occasional bonuses and travel incentives (Weekly pay, every Friday)
* Overtime pay (Time and a half) for hours exceeding 40 per week

*How it Works:*
* TLC contacts you with Babysitter and Senior Care shifts
* You select shifts that fit your availability (similar to a Substitute Teacher)
* Travel up to 10 to 15 miles from your location may be required
*Schedule:*
* Availability for at least 3 to 5 full weekdays (Monday through Friday)
* Most shifts are between 7am/8am to 5pm/6pm (e.
g.
, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm)
*Requirements:*
* Minimum age of 18 years old
* Proficient in digital communication, comfortable with SMS for availability updates
* Two childcare references outside your family for verification
* Verifiable experience as a nanny, babysitter, day care provider, senior caregiver, CNA or teacher
* Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
* Comfortable using texting as a primary form of communication
* Commitment to a minimum of 3 months in this program
