Louis County with Head Start & Early Head Start has openings in the following positions: Infant & Toddler Teacher Preschool Teacher Assistant Preschool Teacher Part-time Assistants/Floater We are looking for teachers to join our team that want to provide quality education in North St.
Louis County.

Desired teacher should demonstrate the following characteristics: Be Energetic, Patient, Creative, and have a Love for children Have an understanding of educating the whole child and classroom management Be dependable, flexible and reliable Ability to multi-task and have good time management Ability to problem solve, communicate well with others, work well with others and part of a team The desired teacher must also: Have minimum 2 years' experience working with children preferably infants/toddlers & 2 year olds Experience and understanding with Head Start and Early Head start Have a minimum 12 college credit hours in Early Childhood or CDA Associates Degree preferred Have an understanding of assessments ,documentation, lesson planning, classroom management and developmentally appropriate practices.
