Job Summary Mary Queen of Peace Catholic School is seeking a full-time third-grade teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.
The candidate must have a degree in either Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education, a current teaching certificate, have strong interpersonal communication skills, a growth mindset, and a passion for Catholic education.
Key responsibilities handled by a third-grade teacher will include faith formation, helping students gain techniques to help them develop their reading and writing skills, helping them understand the basic concepts of mathematics and science, teaching social studies through established techniques, adhering to the rules and regulations of Mary Queen of Peace, and to develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents.
All candidates must meet the Archdiocesan Safe Environment standards.
