SUMMARY
Creates and implements new golf instruction and activities specific to the location.
Instructs and monitors various childcare activities, provides personal attention to camper’s needs, and safety.
Essential Functions:
Takes primary responsibility for the health, wellbeing and happiness for children participating in the location’s golf camp program.
Recognizes and resolves individual or group issues or problems.
Provides and supervises entertainment activities and appropriate instruction for children participating in the location’s golf camp program.
Maintains cleanliness and neatness of all equipment and facility.
Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations.
Reports to and performs special projects delegated by management.
Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location.
Participates in lunch duty responsibilities by setting up, serving, cleaning up, and supervising all campers present.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Basic golf knowledge/experience, previous childcare skills, and outstanding customer service preferred but not required.
Must possess willingness to learn and perform new childcare programs and activities, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
