Job Summary Holy Cross Academy's After School Program is essential for full time working parents.
The position has routine monthly schedules which allows for staff to commit to working specific days for the Fall and Spring.
Staff can work 2-5 days per week from 2:45-5:15 or until 6:00 p.
m.
Candidate should be: caring, patient, and nurturing flexible, able to multitask and adjust to situations quickly able to attend to children as needed for basic first aid: band-aids, ice packs able to work with a group of people to provide a team approach to daily tasks Job Responsibilities Candidate will: be responsible for checking children out to authorized pick up person serve daily snacks and be aware of any food allergies supervise children on the playground and other outside areas play with children in a variety of ways: puzzles, playdough, legos, art projects, read books clean tables and sweep floors after snacks and any messy play activities Job Requirements Must be 16 years or older School Building has multiple stairs upon entering the building and to have access to the playground Candidate will be expected to play with children at their level which requires getting up and down off the floor or smaller chairs.
