Simplicity Hydro Regent Riding Mower with 38" cutting deck.
14 HP Briggs and Stratton Vanguard engine.
Extremely clean condition.
Has never been out in the weather other than when using mower.
Original owner, maintained meticulously.
Oil and filter just changed, new spark plug, new air filter and blades sharpened.
Belts in good shape,spindle bearings replaced previously and just greased.
Just greased all points and steering spindles and all moving parts on mower.
Battery replaced 10/03/2023.
Headlights replaced with led bulbs.
Has only 526 hours run time.
Will include some extra maintenance items such as air and oil filters and replacement blades for deck.
I also have the original owners manual and a detailed parts manual.
