Needs a battery and a governor.
The tires and wheels are in great shape.
Has new spark plugs and carb was rebuilt last year.
This is a side mount distributor with new cap rotor coil and points.
Runs great with the exception of the governor.
It has not been started this winter due to needing a battery.
