2014 Craftsman riding lawn mower, no engine - $125 (Waterloo, IL)

I don't text.
2014 Craftsman riding mower from an estate.
No engine.
Decent shape, deck is solid, but surface rust is under some of the paint, popping it off.
No blades.
I haven't messed with the transmission (manual) much but seems to be stuck in gear even though the shifter is moving, and I can spin drive pulley fine.
I can load with a skid steer.
I try to check email once a day but only during the week.
