Tractor bolt-on 3 point for Farmall H / M - $400 (Waterloo, IL)

I don't text.
Bolt on 3 point setup.
Drawbar hitch was welded to it but could easily but cut off.
Single cylinder setup with hoses in good shape.
I've never personally had this on a tractor.
Measurements for mounting are pictured.
I really don't know for sure what it fits, I assume an International H or M and there should be some numbered model tractors too.
