AWD Toro personal pace push mower w/ auto reverse & smart stow - $150 (Waterloo, IL)

I don't text.
Toro Personal pace self-propelled push mower with power reverse and smart stow which is it sits on the back wheels with the fronts up in the air and the handle folds up to take up little space.
I got this in the condition pictured but I messed with it some since then.
It has been sitting, I sprayed gas in the carb two different times and so far it stays running off the carb with no knocks or smoke.
One front wheel bearing is locked up.
The rear drive belt is broke.
I've never used this or seen it move under its own power.
All the wheels are a little stiff.
I try to check email once a day but only during the week.
