2 Cub Cadet riding mower tractor s LT1050 LT1042 - $450 (Waterloo, IL)

Basically, you're buying an engine and can have the rest of the mower.
Selling 2 Cub Cadets.
1st one for $225 2nd one for $300 or both for $450.
Some good parts on the first one.
2nd one probably only has a good engine, possibly transmission too.
I got them in the condition they're in now.
The one not on a pallet is a Cub Cadet LT1042.
It looks like someone took the 42" deck off, rear fenders, and the council is loose.
I didn't look if the hardware for all that was still on it or not.
The hours show 530.
I jump it straight to the starter (relay is missing) added some oil and spraying gas in the carb and it runs.
The carb leaked after awhile but I kept it running about 2 minutes, it never ran off the carb.
The valve cover must be leaking on the muffler as it smoked but burned that off then quit smoking.
I pushed where the pedal goes (pedal is taken off) and reverse seemed to work but it wouldn't shift but I didn't look over the linkage for any issues.
All the bearings in the deck need to be replaced.
I won't guarantee the condition of anything since I have minimum time with it.
Tires seem to hold air, rims are nice.
no key.

Tires don't hold air, 50" deck is rusted out.
Air filter and cover are missing.
Looks like the engine, a 2 cylinder CV730S Kohler wasn't run without the filter.
I sprayed gas in the carb and jumped it and it runs as good as it can doing that.
Didn't smoke.
It moved with the pedals in both directions.
No guarantees either.
Hour meter is hard to believe at 130.
$300 I can load for you.
