4 bolt 14 and 15 in. wheels - $19 (Waterloo, IL)

Got these in an all or nothing deal.
I was suggested that they're for a hay cutter or rake that's offset.
That they need 2 different sized wheels.
Tires will probably need to be replaced.
One has a tube the other doesn't.
Around both valve stems seems to be solid, rust wise.
Sizes are 215 / 70 - 15 and 195 / 75 - 14.
I try to check email once a day but only during the week.
