Massey Harris 33 project, trade? - $350 (Waterloo, IL)

I don't text.
I'm up for a trade, atv or dirt bike related, nothing made in China or Tiawan.
Massey Harris 33 farm tractor.
Bought it with the head off.
The engine turned over when we first loaded it when it was in gear.
I was only told the engine needs a rebuild.
One spark plug does look carboned up.
Hood and grill are just sitting on it.
Inside tank looks pretty good (pictured) What I have is pictured, I don't know if anything is missing.
Galvanized tub is NOT included.
Rear tires are 13.
6-38 both held air a few months ago but one has a bad tube now, both of the rims are rusted through pretty bad and both have some cracks where they were left flat.
I was offered $350-$400 at scrap price, i don't want to scrap it, hopefully someone will save it even if they use it for parts.
The internet lists at a minimum, it weighs just over 5000 pounds, which I find hard to believe.
Must be picked up here.
I'm able to load it for you.
I try to check email once a day but only during the week.
