Amazing mid century modern by the Howell Co.
Two lounge chairs and matching table all original set.
Stamped/impressed in the metal underneath 9-63 for September 1963.
Howell was the top of the line and largest manufacturer of this type of Modern commercial quality furniture.
Made in St.
Charles Illinois,USA the same city where the famous Youngstown metal kitchen cabinets were manufactured.
The set has really great clean mid century lines and is built with first rate materials and top notch craftsmanship.
The metal frames and legs are made of tig welded and highly polished "Space Age Aluminum".
The seats and backs are super high quality cloth backed vinyl.
The wooden arm rests are solid Teak.
All manufacturer labels are fully intact underneath and everything is in amazing, beautiful super clean condition.
No apologies necessary.
The upholstery is an avocado green the table is white laminate.
The table is 36" X 36" X 14-1/2" high.
Each chair is overall 22-1/2" wide X 31-1/2" tall to the top of the seat back.
seating area is 22" X 22" and 18" from floor to seat top.
