Seasoned Retail professional (St Louis mo)

I'm an experienced retail professional.
I feel positioned in all areas of retail sales service merchandising training and development merchandising presentation training and development manager human resources manager warehouse manager.
I'm currently serving as retail operations manager.
The hours of operations and my current environment is 24 hours serving and traveling public.
The unpredictable hours have finally become extremely taxing after 20 years.
I definitely want to stay in the retail operations of some sort.
However I would like more reasonable hours.

No longer an open to close or unpredictable hours from 50 to 70 hours per week.
I understand retail management and willing to put in my time.
Again I would like to cap my weekly contribution and an assignment 50 hours or less
