Collection law firm seeks clerical for docketing process.
Duties include coordinating circuit court dockets.
Assist in the preparation of court documents, as well as E-filing and scanning documents.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
· Exceptional interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with the courts and attorneys
· Proven ability to problem-solve, think independently
· Able to undertake projects with minimum supervision in a timely and efficient manner.
· Ability to prioritize and organize high volume workload and meet court deadlines
· Ability to follow instructions effectively and handle large volumes daily/weekly.
· Have a demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including extensive knowledge of Word, Adobe, Outlook, Excel, and Case.

· Ability to be flexible and creative in approaches to daily activities
· Ability to multi-task.
· Collections and Docketing experience a plus
· Must be a team player.
