Legal - New Claims Clerk

We have an opening for a Data Processor position in our Support Department.
The person in this role is responsible for bringing in new claims, maintenance files for current inventory and other related functional duties.
This is a fast paced, high volume collection law firm.

Job duties include but not limited to: - Import/Export daily EDI files - Perform various light clerical or administrative functions - Data Entry/Data Corrections - Completing basic research and reporting back to management - Mail merge daily letters - Switch board relief - Perform other duties as requested Requirements: - Exceptional attention to detail & must have proven organizational skills - Professional appearance - Ability to prioritize - A self-starter - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Word, Outlook, Excel.

- Excellent attendance record is a must! - Must be reliable and efficient as meeting client deadlines are imperative Qualifications: - Excellent computer skills - Understanding of various formats of raw data file.
- Understanding of data import/export functions.
- Strong keyboard and data entry skills - Must be able to type 50 words+ per minute - Ability to navigate and complete online research - Can troubleshoot computer and data issues - Ability to work independently at a rapid pace Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
