Attorney Manager

*NATURE OF WORK* This is a management position assigned to the Airport Unit within the City Counselor’s Office and is responsible for supervising, planning, organizing, and directing the work of subordinate attorneys.
Responsibilities include responding to and providing competent, timely, legal advice in response to inquiries from the Director of St.
Louis Lambert International Airport and their executive staff; providing counsel on Airport grant assurances, land use, real estate transactions, municipal law, and finance; providing federal aviation and regulatory compliance advice governing the operations of the Airport, which includes counsel on matters under the jurisdiction of the Department of Transportation and the its Transportation Security Administration.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS* Graduation from a school of law approved by the American Bar Association; current membership in the Missouri Bar in good standing or licensure in another state with eligibility for reciprocity in Missouri; plus seven years of progressively responsible legal practice which includes government contracts, government transactions, transportation, or aviation law.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $101,036.
