Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The purpose of the Title/Billing Specialist is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates, process car deals by verifying completeness of documentation, reconcile assigned schedules and process titles and registrations.
Maintain title logs
Verify data, complete state forms, make disbursement for taxes and fees, and submit to the state
Process new car & Pre Owned registrations
Process pre-owned vehicle title transfers
Prepare and distribute registration and license plate envelopes
Maintain follow-up on all incoming titles
Maintain and reconcile schedules for tax, title and license payable and lien payoffs
Know and understand the Plaza Motors Privacy and Information Securities Policy and adhere to its requirements
Attend weekly department meetings
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and 10 Key
Notary Bond required
Must be at least eighteen years of age
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
