The City of Byrnes Mill seeks a full-time Court Clerk with experience.
The Court Clerk is responsible for a variety of tasks relating to Court operations including processing payments, new tickets, preparation of docket, attendance at court and follow up on cases.
Enters data from a variety of sources in order to establish and maintain case information in the automated system, performs technical court clerical work in the filing, reviewing, and processing of legal documents and court ordered programs.
MUST have Court Clerk Experience and be familiar with Show-Me-Courts, IMDS and Rejis.

*Requirements:*
* High school diploma/GED required; associate degree preferred.
* Current MACA Certificate of Court Administrator status is highly preferred.
Minimum requirement is ability to obtain and maintain MACA status.
* Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with customer service contact in an office setting.
* Needs to be highly experienced with Microsoft Office applications and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Workdays are Monday through Friday, with required attendance during evening court sessions.
Court sessions are usually two times per month on the second and third Thursday.
You must be able to attend court nights.
