Lead Mass Tort Paralegal

OnderLaw, a nationwide product liability and personal injury law firm based in St.
Louis, is looking for a *Lead Paralegal* to join our Mass Tort team.
Ideal candidate will be responsible for case management and workload of their paralegal team, ordering medical records, assigning projects and ensuring the accuracy of the work produced.
Ideal candidate will also have prior supervisory/leadership experience and will be a team player, detail oriented, self-motivated, have the willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
*Duties Include:* * Meet with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
* Drafts legal documents including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, and interrogatories, files motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures.
* Researches and analyzes statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provides written analysis to attorneys.
* Prepares, organizes, stores, and retrieves case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, exhibits, and other items.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
*Education/Experience:* * High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office * 3-5 years’ experience as a Paralegal with experiencing managing/supervising others * Paralegal Certificate required OnderLaw offers competitive pay and a great work environment.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.
00 - $65,000.
