The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 3 years' asbestos paralegal experience.

This paralegal role is an important in-office position responsible for providing both legal and administrative support to attorneys.

Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse and exciting workload.
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
Assist clients in product discovery and verifying work history.
Work with attorneys to complete asbestos exposure affidavits.
Assist with filing and tracking asbestos trust claims.
Track claims process and payments in case management systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.
00 - $65,000.
