Louis office who is dedicated to pursuing a career in the legal profession.
*Applicants MUST be able to demonstrate the following skills or quickly be able to learn the same*: * Intermediate proficiency working with Adobe Acrobat Pro tools and functions including, but not limited to: Saving/combining/editing/protecting/converting/sending for signature/optimizing .

Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Word features including, but not limited to: * Insert text that automatically updates; * Track/Review Changes and Comments; * Compare/Combine Documents; * Letter/mailing functions; * Formatting and numbering; * Autotext in headers and footers; * Insert footnotes; * Protect Document; * Create and use Word Templates containing basic macros; * Page breaks; * Save As function; and * Convert to Word documents to .
pdf files.
Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Excel features including, but not limited to: * Basic formulas; * Formatting; * Sorting and filtering data; Basic proficiency using: * Dropbox or a similar cloud-based system; Intermediate proficiency using Mac and PC operating systems including, but not limited to: * Basic computer maintenance and troubleshooting skills; * Electronic file naming and organization A competent proficiency using a multi-line phone system including: * Handling multiple calls simultaneously; * Transferring and conferencing calls; * Transferring voicemails; and * Basic system troubleshooting skills.
A basic proficiency using online email including, but not limited to: * Knowing the difference between Reply and Reply All; * Saving certain emails as pdf files; * Saving email attachments; and * Organizing emails into folders and subfolders.
An intermediate proficiency in data entry and ability to quickly learn to use our online case management program, FileVine.
