Associate Attorney

*ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY* Rynearson, Suess, Schnurbusch & Champion Law Firm is in search of an four (4) associate attorneys with 0-10 years of experience to join the teams in our St.
Louis, MO office and Edwardsville, IL office.
RSSC is a well-established AV Rated law firm dedicated to civil litigation, the defense of personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including automobile and commercial truck collisions, fires and explosions, construction site and industrial accidents, defect and dangerous productions, and premises liability cases, among others.

*Responsibilities:* * Answering and drafting responses to written discovery requests.
* Performing legal research, conducting background checks.
* Drafting pleadings, motions, and memorandums of law.
* Reviewing and analyzing medical records.
* Communicating with clients, attorneys, judges, witnesses, and experts.
* Writing status reports for clients.
* Court appearances including hearings and case management conferences.
* Taking depositions.
* 2nd chair trials *Qualifications:* * Graduating Law Students to 10 yrs.
