```Duties```
As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team by assisting with various tasks related to case preparation and management.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for attorneys
- Organize and maintain documents in physical and electronic filing systems
- Assist in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Prepare exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials
- Utilize document management systems to track and organize case files
- Assist attorneys in preparing for closings, hearings, trials, and settlement conferences
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
```Requirements```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Paralegal or in a similar role, preferably in family law
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using legal research tools
- Ability to assist attorneys in all stages of litigation process
- Experience with data entry and maintaining legal databases
