Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team.
As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal support and assisting with various legal matters.

Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues
- Trial court daily and Jury Trials
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Assist with case management, including organizing files, scheduling hearings, and preparing for trials
- Participate in client meetings and provide legal advice and guidance
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Prepare legal opinions and memoranda
Skills:
- Strong legal drafting skills
- Ability to litigate cases effectively
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in conducting legal research using Lexis-Nexis or Westlaw
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
