What will you be doing? This position oversees a small project or phase(s) of a larger project and has responsibility for all aspects of the project over the entire project life (Engage, Plan, Design, Implement and Operate).
TheProject Manager I must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
Responsibilities: Analyzesdata and createsfinancial reports Manageskey project financial components to ensure projects are delivered within budget Deliversprojects on time, within scope and within budget (triple constraint) Createsa basic WBS with predecessors based on defined project deliverables Createsand execute a basic communication plan Monitors and reports on project progress to stakeholders Leadsproject, client,and other stakeholder meetings Identifies, assesses, and actively mitigatesrisks and resolvesissues Translatesrisks and issues to lessons learned Developsa basic resource plan, working with Engineering Management to staff Recognizes conflicts and difficult situations, escalating as needed, for assistance
