Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field
Minimum twoyears of IT Project Management experience in a professional services or managed services environment
Basic understanding of common financial project elements and metrics preferably using Clarity
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Understand difference between a risk and an issue
Hands-on, project management experience in various technologies
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Manage multiple small projects at one time
Demonstrate a high level of customer care and delight
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones as needed

What will you be doing?
This position oversees a small project or phase(s) of a larger project and has responsibility for all aspects of the project over the entire project life (Engage, Plan, Design, Implement and Operate).
TheProject Manager I must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
Responsibilities:
Analyzesdata and createsfinancial reports
Manageskey project financial components to ensure projects are delivered within budget
Deliversprojects on time, within scope and within budget (triple constraint)
Createsa basic WBS with predecessors based on defined project deliverables
Createsand execute a basic communication plan
Monitors and reports on project progress to stakeholders
Leadsproject, client,and other stakeholder meetings
Identifies, assesses, and actively mitigatesrisks and resolvesissues
Translatesrisks and issues to lessons learned
Developsa basic resource plan, working with Engineering Management to staff
Recognizes conflicts and difficult situations, escalating as needed, for assistance
