How you will make an impact:
Effectively and proactively interact with both Attorney and Analyst Staff.
Help plan and execute on meetings and training events.
Interact professionally with all levels of Edwards’ employees, clients and vendors.
Law firm invoice review and approval.
Support Legal Analyst in IP and other practice areas.
Meeting planning, conference room management and other vendor requests as needed.
Prepare, maintain, generate, and process essential documents and records.
What you'll need (required):
Internship applicants must be enrolled in an accredited paralegal program or for the entire duration of their internship.
Must graduate December 2024 or later.
Ability to work full-time for the duration of the Internship (Summer 2024 - December 2024)
Good scholastic standing (3.
0+ cumulative GPA or equivalent on a 4.
0 Scale)
Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future.

Law office or in-house legal experience is preferred.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills, with demonstrated proactive ownership and accountability.
Meeting planning and calendaring skills preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to effectively work across a matrix organization.
Ability to work independently and prioritize with minimal daily instruction.
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills preferred.
Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.
For California, the base pay range for this position is $54,000 to $72,000 (highly experienced).
